When Charges Apply

Using paid features (deposits, installments, automation, rooms, extensions) adds $1 per registration.

Who Gets Charged

Default is registrant pays platform/processing fees. Directors can choose to absorb fees per camp.

Installment Payments

Every installment payment includes a fixed $0.50 micro-fee.

Stripe processing applies separately: card payments 2.9% + $0.30, ACH $0.80.

A registered camper is anyone who completes registration for your camp. Each completed registration (whether paid or free) counts toward your per-camper fee after the first 5 free registrations.
When you create a camp, the first 5 campers who register do not incur a platform fee. This gives you a chance to test the system and get your camp set up without cost. After 5 registrations, the per-camper fee applies.
Yes. With the "add to camper total" option, the CampPilot fee is added to the registration amount so parents pay it at checkout. Many churches choose this approach for simplicity.
Yes. With the "absorb" option, the church absorbs the CampPilot fee into camp revenue. The camper pays only the camp fee; the church pays CampPilot separately. Stripe processing fees still apply to the transaction.
Yes. Manual Mode ($49 per camp per season) lets you accept Zelle, cash, checks, or other off-platform payments. You track payments manually in CampPilot, and all features (registration, check-in, rooms, groups) are included.
